Simple & Free by Heartstring Samplery

This pattern has a needle book and pin drum design based on "Simple Gifts" a Shaker hymn written in 1848.  The pin drum says "Tis the gift to be free" and the needle book says "simple & free".

There is a companion sampler called "Tis the Gift to be Free", sold separately.

Stitch Count:  180 x 70 (pin drum), 120 x 60 (needle book)

Model Fabric:  36 count Maple Bar by Cedar River Linen
(or whatever fabric you prefer)

If converting to DMC, the designer suggests you choose your favorite red, white and blue.
