Our goal is to ship all orders out within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

U.S. Shipping: $4.95 for First Class Shipping (packages under 12 oz) and $8.95 for USPS Priority Shipping. Orders over $150 ship free.

International Shipping: We charge the actual cost of shipping, which will be shown to you on the checkout page. Please note - we are unable to ship to EU countries at this time. All taxes, duties, and Customs Fees are your responsibility. 

We want you to love what you receive from us! If you have any issues and would like to return something within 30 days of purchase, please call us and we'll work it out with you. Give us a call at 970-238-6358.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ColoradoCrossStitcher gift certificates, and PayPal as a payment method. Security is extremely important to us because we want your information to remain safe. All payment transactions take place over encrypted connections, both from your browser to our servers, and from our servers to our payment processors.

We are happy to do special orders for you on patterns, threads and fabric. Please contact us and let us know how we can help.

Your privacy is important to us. We provide this notice to explain how your personal information is collected and used when you make a purchase with us. When you shop online with us, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and payment information. We use this information to fulfill your order, including shipping to your address and sending you the tracking information. We do not share this information with any outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete your order (the post office).
