Blue Belsnickle by Notforgotten Farm

Belsnickle is apparently a more "rough-hewn" version of Santa Claus who rewards good children with treats and naughty children with a switch!  This Blue Belsnickle seems far more kindly with a pipe in his mouth and a reindeer embroidered on his robe.
